DIGITAL ART COMMISSIONS

I just want to ask you guys to TAKE AS MUCH TIME TO READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE INFORMATION in this page before ordering just to avoid confusion and you could ask me your concerns/questions (if there's any). I want to have a clear agreement before proceeding with the orders.

It is highly recommendable to SEND ME SOME PHOTO REFERENCES OF YOUR REQUESTS. These references will be a great help for me to interpret your drawing preferences better! You can either send me photos directly or compile them in a Google Drive Folder if you have like, a bunch of them.

TIP: IT'S ALWAYS OKAY TO DRAW YOUR REFERENCE. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT'S ONLY A STICK FIGURE OF THE POSE. IT'S HONESTLY A GREAT HELP. I, myself, honestly find it hard to understand things verbally, and visual interpretations always aids it. So, I really appreciate if you guys can draw out your reference.

It's okay guys if you can't commission me for some reasons! But it will be great if you could help me SHARE ART COMMISSION CARRD SITE to any SNS! A single share will go in a long way~

There will be some time that I'll be opening certain number of slots per opening. So if it happened that you run out of slots, you can ASK FOR A RESERVATION! Just let me know!

I have the right to DECLINE COMMISSION REQUESTS that I'm not comfortable to work with. I won't also work on requests involving HEAVY ARMORS, MECHA, ANTHRO/FURRY, HEAVY GORE, OR ROUGH NSFW CONTENT (If I'm already good at it, I might open nsfw commissions pretty pretty soon). I can still do LIGHT ARMOR, GORE, OR NSFW. Just let me know in the messages!

Regarding the revision charges, all MINOR REVISIONS are FREE OF CHARGE. SKETCH REVISIONS are also FREE OF CHARGE. However, MAJOR REVISIONS involving change of poses, expressions, clothes, or anything that involves big changes will have an ADDITIONAL CHARGE depending on the difficulty of the revision.

I, as the creator of the art services, also have the right to HAVE THESE COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS IN MY PORTFOLIO. I can post the artworks on my art accounts, but you still have the right to let me know if you only want to keep the piece to yourself.

If you wish to CANCEL YOUR COMMISSION at some point (as long as you have a valid reason), PLEASE TELL ME ASAP so that we could talk about the refund. Refund will be depending on my current progress.

You, as a client, have the right to share the commissioned pieces on your SNS accounts, as long as you're using it PERSONALLY. DO NOT REPRODUCE AND REDISTRIBUTE IT TO OTHERS. Also, LEAVE A PROPER CREDIT!

Even though you are the one who asked for the commissioned piece, that doesn't mean you have the right to claim the artwork as your own work. So please, NEVER CLAIM THE ARTWORK AS YOUR OWN WORK!

For THUMBNAIL ART SERVICES: As recently brought up by a youtuber client, I had a quick talk about the grounds of the thumbnail art to be non-commercial or commercial use. This has still been a bit debatable in my self, but still I decided to place it under NON-COMMERCIAL USE. As long as the artwork itself doesn't get sold, produced, and/or distributed as an actual product and also doesn't get claimed as their own, it will remain for NON-COMMERCIAL use. Otherwise, the said actions will be considered as an act of COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT and will be reported immediately. (added 05/17/2021)
